Cancellation & Refunds

At AdventureQuestHolidays, we understand that travel plans may change. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be transparent and fair.

1. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before departure: 90% refund
  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure: No refund

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Payment gateway or bank charges (if any) will be deducted.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No-show on the day of departure
  • Early departure or unused services
  • Cancellation due to personal emergencies

4. Cancellation by Company

If AdventureQuestHolidays cancels a tour due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be provided or an alternative tour will be offered.

5. Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to natural calamities, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.
